• Condition: Physical products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
• Event Registrations: Refunds for events (e.g., Global Investment & Trade Summit, From Africa to EU Summit) are eligible only if requested at least 14 days before the event start date, subject to the event’s specific terms.
• Digital Products and Services: Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, online courses) and services already rendered (e.g., event attendance, consulting sessions) are generally non-refundable due to their nature, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Late Cancellations: Event registrations cancelled less than 14 days before the event start date.

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account) used for the purchase.
• Currency: Refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction (e.g., Egyptian Pounds [EGP] or other specified currencies).
• Partial Refunds: In cases of partial use (e.g., partial event attendance), we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.

For events like the Global Investment & Trade Summit (GITS) or From Africa to EU Summit:

• Refunds are subject to the event’s cancellation policy, communicated during registration.
• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by SEKETAK, you may be eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future event, at your discretion.
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) may limit refund eligibility, and alternative options (e.g., credits) may be offered.
